In this one-on-one session, Kimberly shares delicious recipes, ways to incorporate more natural vibrant health into your life and you will take away realistic ways to have a more vibrant life through your thoughts and your fuel.
Could you use more energy and focus, clearer skin and eyes or to drop a couple of pounds? In this day and age what we fuel our body with is everything. Your personalized cleanse program will be based on your current heath, your goals and your specific tastes in food. We will meet by phone or in person to review all of these elements, and discuss the cleanse I have custom-designed for you. I will equip you with reading materials, instructions, and a shopping list to get you off and running and feeling vibrant in no time.
6-Month Nutrition Program
For those individuals who are looking to create meaningful and long-term changes, the 6-month program is designed for you.
We’ll have the time to work together on a deeper level, allowing the time to teach you about nutrition, preparing meals and planning, and creating a balanced life. Six months is the optimal amount of time for me to get to know you and your individuality, and to be able to address every area of your life needed for optimal, life-long health.
During the six months, I’ll guide you in finding which foods work for your body and ways you can simply prepare them that fit in with your busy lifestyle. I will guide you in deconstructing any cravings and other imbalances in your life, addressing all of the areas that may be depleting your energy and negatively affecting your well-being.
My goal is for you to finish your program feeling like a whole new you as you reach your optimal weight, experience increased energy, and love who you are. Your personalized program will radically improve your health and happiness, as we explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of healthy eating and balance.
